THIS IS OUR STORY...

Yasha is a place to:

-experience the physical & spiritual healing only Jesus can provide.
-pray and worship and learn how to be a lover of Jesus.
-be equipped for ministry.
-exercise spiritual gifts in a loving atmosphere for Jesus & for the Kingdom of God
-soak in the presence of Jesus.

Yasha is a hub for the Church of Siouxland to be able to join in the battle that is being waged for the souls of men and women in this region...God wants to save our families and our neighbors, our co-workers and total strangers that sleep under the bridge, people that huddle hungry in apartments and ethnic groups from all over the world that now call this region home!  He wants to use us, His Bride, His Body to invite them into fellowship with Himself through the provision Jesus made for them when He paid the price for their sins on the cross at Calvary.

To that end we train and equip healing room facilitators and worshippers.  And we provide times of worship and intercession for the transformation of this region to the glory of Jesus.

YASHA has 28 different translations in the Bible.

"Yasha" has many variations meaning to: heal, save, deliver, avenge, help, receive, accept help and to be victorious.

When Yeshua comes, the rest of yasha is captured.  Help brings victory.  Victory brings salvation.

In salvation we are avenged upon our enemies.

OUR TEAM

SHAWN LOHRY

CO-FOUNDER / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Shawn Lohry currently serves as founder and director of Yasha Ministries and Siouxland Prayer Alliance alongside her wonderful husband Raun Lohry. Shawn and Raun founded Yasha with a vision to create a place in the Siouxland region that would be a house of healing, worship and prayer bringing salvation and deliverance to many. She carries a genuine passion for Jesus that is contagious and touching to all she encounters. Shawn's desire is to see an entire generation be healed, trained, and equipped as the Sons and Daughters of God they were created to be, then launched into the world with regional, national and worldwide transformation the result. She has been joyfully married to Raun for 37 years; she is the mother to her son and four daughters,  four sons-in-love and one daughter-in-love, and 9 grandbabies.
